Terms of Payment
- Online orders are credit card and eCheck (ACH bank transfer) only.
- Net 30 with established credit. For a credit application, contact our sales team at sales@frederickscompany.com for a Customer Credit Application Form.
- Export orders require prepayment unless other terms are arranged.
- Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards are accepted.
Shipping
Shipments will generally be via UPS prepay and bill if credit has been established. Otherwise, the shipment will be UPS-Collect. Customers may specify other preferred shipping methods. All shipments are Free on Board (FOB) Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
